| The Lodge was opened in Due Form. Worshipful Master Ian Niven requested the Notice convening the minutes, and that the meeting of previous meeting be confirmed. | |

| Tributes of two Brethren who have passed in recent weeks. Bro Brian Jones and Bro Colin Wood. The Tributes were given by David Jones the brother of Brian, and Barry Elman who has been a friend of Colin for many years. | |
| Grand Officers were then admitted. The Worshipful Master welcomed V. W. Bro Eric Drinkwater, who was in attendance as the Representative of the PGM that evening. | |

| For the Installation, the Worshipful Master requested the assistance of V. W. Brother Derek Horrocks to act as Senior Warden, and two visitors V. W. Brother Eric Hughes to act as Junior Warden, W. Bro Jack Parker to act as Inner Guard. | |
| The Lodge DC W. Bro Andrew Ross then presented the Master Elect Bro Steven Kayne to the Worshipful Master. Bro Kayne answered the usual questions, after which all below the rank of an Installed Master were requested to retire. | |
| The Worshipful and Installing Master Ian Niven performed the ceremony with ease and faultless manner. V. W. Bro Eric Hughes showed his love for Mark Masonry, when at 93 years of age he was able to deliver the address to the Wardens and the Overseers with ease, and at very short notice (minutes). |

| Collarets were explained by V. W. Bro Derek Horrocks. An explanation of the Tools was given by W. Bro Jack Parker. Address to the Master was given by the Installing Master. Address to the Brethren was given by V. W. Brother Eric Drinkwater, who proceeded to Congratulate the Worshipful Master who conducted an excellent meeting. In addition, V. W. Bro congratulated all who took part and reminded the new Master that it looks like a busy year ahead with the possibility of two new members. | |
| At the completion of the business and close of the meeting the brethren assembled in the dining room for a welcomed 3 course meal and a few drinks. | |
